Grant applications and reporting
CAULLT offers funding for 2 projects in 2025, each up to $10,000 plus GST. These grants are available to staff from CAULLT member universities. Project leads must be endorsed by a CAULLT nominee from their university if they are not a nominee themselves.
Project outcomes must align with CAULLT’s Strategic Areas of Activity and be relevant to all CAULLT members. We prioritise multi-institutional projects.
Project grants may be used to fund a combination of scholarship, review, resource creation, professional learning, or recommendations.
Projects are typically completed within 12 months of payment of the project funds. Extensions must be requested formally using the Request for Extension / Change of Scope for CAULLT Grant template.
The 2025 round of applications opens on Monday, 10 March and closes on Tuesday, 22 April 2025. To apply, please use the 2025 Proposal for Project Funding form (the form will be made available on 10 March 2025).
All applications must be emailed to secretariat@caullt.edu.au by 6 pm AEST on Tuesday, 22 April 2025. Please check the time if you live in a different timezone. Late applications will not be considered. CAULLT will confirm receipt of your application in writing.
