ANU is seeking an innovative and inspirational academic leader as its next Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) to lead the creation of an ambitious, bold and transformative approach to learning and teaching and a student experience that sits amongst the world’s best. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) will also contribute to the broader strategic direction of ANU as a senior member of the University’s leadership team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate visionary strategic leadership across the span of a university’s academic enterprise. This includes academic performance, learning and teaching, and the creation of an exceptional student experience. Equally important are the skills and experience to navigate a complex higher education environment, and the passion to drive fundamental strategic change.
